At Once Like A Spark (OLAS), we specialize in providing couples with expert wedding photography, videography, DJ, and content creation services. Our mission is to ensure clients feel confident and assured they’ve made the right choice for their big day by delivering dependable expertise and exceptional service every time. We’re seeking highly personable and professional Weddings Sales Consultants to join our team.


Your Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, your role is to:Listen to each couple’s needs and vision for their wedding.Share insights about OLAS services and match them with the perfect package of services and selection of lead photographer.Provide assurance and confidence by showcasing OLAS’s track record of dependable expertise.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with a passion for weddings, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach. Wedding expertise is a major plus.

Ideal candidates will:
- Understand the importance of building trust and providing assurance to clients.
- Excel in verbal and written communication, offering professionalism and empathy.
- Have experience in sales or client relations, focusing on building relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Can lovingly and enthusiastically serve diverse couples of all orientations and backgrounds.
- Have reliable access to a phone, computer, and high-speed internet.

Schedule & Details Part-time, remote role with hourly wage plus additional compensation for each call that books.  Minimum 6 hours/week, maximum up to 29 hours/week with approval. Shifts will be scheduled based on employee availability and seasonal needs during the hours of:
- 4:30 PM - 9 PM  Tues, Thursday, Friday
- 8 AM - 9 PM  Saturday and Sunday

Conduct client calls (20-30 minutes each) and complete admin follow-up tasks during downtime.
