We've helped thousands of couples capture their special moments, and our Certified Timeline Genius works with you to address every detail. Many of our couples often tell us that we answered questions they didn't even know they had! With our expertise and attention to detail, you can trust that your big day is in the best hands.

What is your style?

At Once Like a Spark, we believe in capturing real, authentic moments. We'll get all the traditional shots, but also the tender and emotional moments that truly make your day special. Our goal is to produce such high-quality work that you'll feel transported back to your big day whenever you look at your photos or watch your videos. We pride ourselves on our clean style, that’s on-trend but will always be classic.

How much should I budget for?

Wondering about cost? It's a great and very important question to ask. Our team has extensive experience in planning weddings (including our own), and we understand that budget is always a top concern. We believe that great work doesn't have to break the bank. Our full-day photo packages start below $2000 and include a variety of features and add-on options. We also offer video-only and photo + video packages. Do you do photo and/or video packages separately or all together?

At Once Like a Spark, we offer a variety of packages to meet your needs, including photo-only and video-only options. We’re looking forward to getting you more information on the add-ons we offer, such as raw video footage, DJs, photo booths, second photographers, and more. You can customize your package and add or change details leading up to your big day. We're here to help you get exactly what you need for the perfect wedding memories.

Will I get a chance to talk with my photographer and/or videographer before the event?

Absolutely! Our photographers and videographers are eager to get to know you and your partner even better and discuss your vision for your wedding photos and videos. We believe in building personal connections with our clients to ensure the best possible outcome on your special day.

How long before I get my photos and/or video?

You won't have to wait long to relive your special moments! Engagement photos will be ready within three weeks of the session, wedding photos within six weeks of the ceremony, and video within eight weeks. If you want even faster turnaround, you can add sneak peeks and priority editing to your package. Rest assured that no matter what, we'll treat your photos and videos with love and care, doing everything we can to make sure the final result exceeds your expectations.

What if my photographer or videographer gets sick or can’t be at the event?

We understand that this can be a worrying concern, but rest easy knowing that we have your back. At Once Like a Spark, we believe that our team sets us apart from other companies. In addition to your primary photographer or videographer, we have many other skilled professionals on our team who are ready and willing to step in if needed. If your original photographer or videographer becomes unavailable due to unforeseen or emergent circumstances, we'll make sure that you have a talented replacement who knows all the details about your event to capture your special day with equal skill and care.

I’m in. What happens after I book?

Welcome aboard! We're excited to have you as part of the Once Like a Spark family. As soon as you book, we'll get started on planning your engagement session (if you choose to have one). As we get closer to your big day, you'll receive helpful tips and advice from us, and we'll schedule a call with our expert planner to finalize all the details. We want you to feel confident and prepared for your wedding, so we'll do everything we can to make sure everything is taken care of. Thank you for choosing us to capture your special moments.

Because the ceremony isn't the only big event during a wedding weekend. Rehearsal dinners are a great time to get candid photo with your family and friends and just enjoy each others company. We will capture any spur of the moment toasts and any casual group photos you may want!
