Hey there! I’m Kalynn, a portrait and wedding photographer based in Detroit, but always ready to travel wherever your story takes me. There’s nothing that makes me feel more alive than capturing meaningful moments (maybe in addition to a stunning city view or a good episode of Yellowstone!) Photography is more than just a job for me, it’s about connection, storytelling, and being part of something truly special.

On your wedding day, I’m more than just your photographer, I’m your hype woman, your calm presence, and your biggest supporter. I’ve had the chance to work with so many incredible people over the years, from couples to families to creatives, and I love creating images that feel personal and true to each story. My goal is always to help you feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself so your photos reflect exactly who you are.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can probably find me playing The Sims, reorganizing something in my house, or hanging out with my two dogs. I’m a Libra through and through, a self proclaimed hype woman, and always down for a good laugh. I’ve truly fallen in love with telling people’s stories, and I can’t wait to help capture yours.
