Jess and Mike's love story blossomed in the workplace, both employed at Scioto Valley in Hilliard, with Mike working in Service and Jess in Management. Their journey together has spanned a significant amount of time, with Mike being the memory keeper for important milestones. While Jess may not excel at recalling specific dates, she has a knack for remembering their loved ones' birthdays. The decision to purchase a house together became the catalyst for their future plans. As they navigated the challenges of the pandemic, they realized their strong commitment to each other and knew they wanted to embark on the journey of marriage. With the determination to make it happen this year, they chose January 1st as the day to declare their intentions. Their wedding, held on a Thursday, was an intimate affair, with a ceremony attended by immediate family members and a reception filled with 50-60 close friends and loved ones.
