What was your favorite detail from your wedding :: The “Sofreh” or wedding spread at the altar of the ceremony is one of our favorite aspects of our wedding. It’s an ancient Persian tradition to include this spread of items that symbolize a bright future, sweetness, joy, fertility and blessings for the bride and groom. Continuing with the theme of symbolism, we chose a spring time wedding, with cherry-blossom accents because just as spring and blossoms are signs of new budding life, our wedding is a celebration of our new life together, as husband and wife. To top it all off, it just so happens that we got engaged the year before on the first day of spring!
One word that best describes your wedding day :: Love. The love we felt for each other and the love we felt that day from our closest family and friends was overwhelming. There is no other time in our life where we will have the privilege of being surrounded by all those we love in one room together. It truly was the best night of our lives!
Raha + Mo, we adore you both!! What a beautiful celebration of love. Congrats! All our Love. xoxo
