Before we start gushing over Maggie + Charles’ wedding, we wanted to share the story of how they met:
“We grew up going to church together. We always knew of each other but never truly got to know one another until we became adults. We ran into each other at UGA a few times and would connect via facebook or text briefly. It wasn’t until Charles was deployed to Afghanistan with the Army that I finally reached out! I sent him an email to let him know I was thinking about him during this tough time. We started talking every single day thru email/g chat while he was in Afghanistan. The rest is history!”
Ok, now it’s time to gush! Maggie + Charles’ wedding day is Fabulous with a capital “F!” We try not to be biased, but we seriously have the most beautiful brides ever, and Maggie is definitely proof of that! She was a vision of beauty in her Jim Hjelm wedding gown and Tory Burch shoes! And Charles, well, he was looking quite striking in his navy blue suite and tie. There is just something so regal about a blue suite.
M + C could not have had a more ideal fall day. The leaves were still painted with orange and yellow which made for some incredible couples photos. After their gorgeous church ceremony, everyone headed to the Country Club of the South for a dashing reception. Maggie + Charles have a major sweet tooth so along side of the wedding cake they had a candy bar and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. What a treat for their guest!! We are so incredibly happy for these two and wish them all the happiness in the world!!
