At what point did you feel most the joyful on your wedding day :: Watching the groom’s face as his bride walks down the aisle is one of my favorite parts of a wedding. I had been anticipating that moment in our own wedding for months and when it finally happened it was more overwhelming than I could have ever imagined. I looked up to see Jon standing there with our beautiful baby girl in his arms and in that moment I was reminded that this is my forever and I felt like the luckiest girl in the world.
What advice would you give to other brides/ grooms for their wedding :: Planning a wedding is extremely fun but it’s also really, really hard. At the end of the day you can plan the hell out of it and you may still have some curveballs thrown your way. Whatever those curveballs may be (in our case it was loss of power on the property followed by monsoon-style rain, thunder, and lightning) you have to just roll with it and keep in mind that the most important detail of the whole day is that you’re married! Despite the unplanned craziness that occurred we can still look back and say it was one of the best days of our lives (would be THE best but we have to keep our daughter’s birth day up there too!!) and we were lucky to be able to share it with so many people we adore.
Lindsay + Jon, we have been so in love with your sweet little family ever since your engagement session and now your wedding brings sweet tears to our eyes. You guys are amazing and your wedding was truly special to us!! All our Love. xoxo
