What is the one moment from your wedding day that you want to remember 10 years from now :: Seeing Jonathan’s face for the first time at our “First Look” will be one that will stick with me forever. I am so thankful we were alone and got to take in the moment together – it was so perfect. You build up these moments in your head for months, so when it happens, and it’s better than you could have ever imagined, it is a great start to a perfect day.
I also did a “First Look” with my dad and my brother, who are so important to me, and those were almost as emotional as seeing Jonathan! It was really amazing to take in those precious moments with the men you love and respect the most in your life.
Was there anything in particular your guests thought was really cool :: I got the most compliments on the donut bar, in lieu of a cake. We had a mix of Krispy Kreme and Donuts and we barely had any left over. I’ve had so many people tell me they loved the variety. They also really enjoyed having an adult beverage before and during the ceremony – so you can tell what kind of crowd we had. I wanted them loose before the dancing began! And lastly, the venue. It was an old warehouse with graffiti on the walls. It felt very “us” so we are happy we got to get married in a venue that encompassed us.
Anna + Jonathan, we think your wedding was just perfect and we are honored to have been a part of it!! All our Love. xoxo
